Neighborhood focus
We focus on market and food experiences that feel rooted in the neighborhood, with tasting stops chosen for their local relevance rather than for convenience alone.
Culinary and market tours in Baku, shaped around local stories, tasting stops, and the pace of your group.
Hidden Path creates guided food experiences for travelers who want to understand a city through what people eat, buy, and talk about every day. Our routes bring together neighborhood markets, local specialties, and the stories behind them.
Every tour is arranged by advance appointment and planned around the interests of each small group. We confirm the route, tasting stops, and guide language before booking, so the experience feels clear and well prepared from the start.

Clear communication, flexible pacing, and thoughtful tasting choices shape every route we design.

Private routes are planned around your group, with a clear consultation before booking and a pace that leaves room for conversation and discovery.
We connect familiar places with local stories and everyday details, so the route feels meaningful even if you already know the city.
Guide language is confirmed before booking, subject to availability, so the experience can be matched more closely to your preferred way of exploring.
Built for food curious travelers, couples, small friend groups, and repeat visitors who want a more local view of Baku.
Hidden Path was founded by Elvin Jafarov with a simple idea: a good culinary tour should feel connected to the city, not just to a list of stops. That is why each route is discussed in advance and adjusted to the group’s interests.
Our experiences include market walks, neighborhood food tours, private culinary routes, and tasting walks focused on local specialties. We keep the pace flexible enough to spend longer at places that become especially interesting during the tour.
We work with a private guide model, with meeting points agreed in central Baku. Payment can be arranged by card or bank transfer, and bookings are confirmed after consultation, route planning, and tasting approval.
